Guoke Brain-Computer Raises Tens of Millions RMB Seed Round Led by Guoke Venture for Wearable BCI

Beijing Guoke Brain-Computer Intelligence has closed a tens-of-millions-RMB seed round led by Guoke Venture Capital. Founded in June 2026 from CASIA technology transfer, it builds non-invasive wearable bidirectional BCIs across forehead-patch, headband and high-density wearable lines, combining wearable hardware with AI algorithms for brain-disease screening, mental-health and sleep monitoring/modulation, and BCI interaction.
