Limiaoda Raises Nearly RMB 500M in B1/B2 for Semiconductor and Optical-Module Dark-Factory Solutions

Suzhou Limiaoda Intelligent Technology has closed nearly RMB 500 million across B1 and B2 rounds from industrial capital, financial institutions and state-backed strategic investors, with existing shareholders adding capital; a multi-hundred-million-yuan B3 round is already oversubscribed and signing. The company builds dark-factory solutions for semiconductors and optical modules in Class 100 cleanrooms; proceeds fund an intelligent equipment plant, an AI4S lab, optical-module hardware iteration, and embodied-algorithm talent. For 2026 it cites nearly RMB 1 billion of booked and intentional orders, including multi-hundred-million-yuan cumulative orders from Micron, with coverage across the U.S., Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Taiwan.
