Shenzhen-based Ruoyu Technology raised a pre-A round at the RMB 100 million level, led by Sunway Communication, with Jinmu Capital, Qindao Capital, Huanghai Capital, and Zhongchuang Capital participating. Founded in 2023, Ruoyu builds embodied-AI “robot brains” and high-value field systems around its Ruoyu Jiutian model stack and Ruoyu Lanyue hardware, claiming pilots such as a Foshan fuel-station site. Proceeds will fund brain iteration and ecosystem expansion; prior backers include listed manufacturers and Kunzhong Capital.
